By using this application, you agree to the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use the Application.
We do not provide proprietary cloud backups. You are solely responsible for backing up your data using integrated tools (such as Google Drive Cloud Backup feature within the app) or system-level backups. Uninstalling the Application or clearing application data will permanently delete all local attachments and data.
Any financial amounts, interest calculations, or currency conversions provided within the Application are for informational purposes only. Do not rely solely on this Application for critical legal or financial deadlines or obligations. TemperedCode is not liable for any financial consequences, missed payments, penalties, or legal issues resulting from the use or malfunction of the Application.
Synchronization with Google Calendar, Google Tasks, and Google Drive is provided "as is". We are not responsible for any data loss, duplication, or service interruptions caused by third-party platform (Google) outages or API changes. Use of these features is subject to Google's own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Use the attachment feature responsibly. The Application copies files to internal storage for persistence. TemperedCode is not liable for the loss of important document copies, receipts, or photos stored within the Application. Always maintain primary copies of critical documents in a secure location outside of the Application.
The Application displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob. Google may use advertising IDs and cookies to serve personalized or non-personalized ads to improve your user experience. You can manage your ad preferences or opt-out of personalized advertising through your Android device settings.
TemperedCode grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the Application on Android devices that you own or control, strictly in accordance with these terms.
You may not: reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Application; modify or create derivative works; or use the Application for any illegal purposes.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL TEMPEREDCODE BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, FOR LOSS OF DATA OR OTHER INFORMATION, FOR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, FOR PERSONAL INJURY, FOR LOSS OF PRIVACY) ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY RELATED TO THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APPLICATION.
These terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer resides, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
